Truwic IT Solution specializes in printer spare parts, laser toner cartridges, fuser components, pickup rollers, logic boards, and consumables. While we make every effort to display accurate product specifications, part numbers, compatibility details, and images, slight variations in manufacturer packaging or revisions may occur. Customers are advised to verify their printer model and part number before placing an order.
All product prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR ₹). Taxable amounts, courier shipping charges, and applicable Goods and Services Tax (18% GST) are clearly itemized in the cart and checkout summary before final order placement. We reserve the right to revise prices at any time due to manufacturer adjustments or market availability.
We accept payments via Razorpay Payment Gateway (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, NetBanking, Wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. In the event of payment failure where amount is debited from the customer's bank, refunds are automatically credited back by the issuing bank within standard banking timelines (typically 3 to 7 business days).
Truwic IT Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the improper installation or misuse of printer spare parts. Installation should be performed by qualified technicians.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
