🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Dispatch Timelines

All confirmed orders for in-stock printer spare parts and consumables are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on working days are prioritized for same-day packing and courier handover.

2. Courier Partners & Estimated Delivery Times

We partner with leading, reliable national logistics providers to ensure timely and safe delivery:

• Logistics Partners: Blue Dart, DTDC Express, Delhivery, India Post Speed Post, and Professional Couriers.
• Metro Cities: Typically delivered within 2 to 4 business days.
• Rest of India / Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: Delivered within 4 to 7 business days.
• Remote & Special Areas: Delivered via India Post Speed Post within 6 to 10 business days.

3. Chargeable Weight & Courier Rates

Courier charges are calculated based on the Chargeable Weight (which is the higher of the Actual Weight or Volumetric Weight: Length × Width × Height ÷ 5000).

4. Live Order Tracking & Dispatch Slips

As soon as your package is handed over to the courier partner, an AWB / Tracking Number and tracking link are assigned to your order. You can track your parcel anytime using our Track Your Order tool using your Order Number.

5. Damaged or Tampered Parcels

We inspect and securely pack all components in anti-static, bubble-wrapped packaging. If you receive a parcel that appears damaged, opened, or tampered with by the courier, please refuse delivery and immediately notify us at support@truwic.com or via WhatsApp with photographs.
