Ensure continuous, uninterrupted ink delivery and rich photo color accuracy with this replacement 6-Channel Ink Pipe Set. In Epson 6-color photographic inkjet printers, continuous ink supply tubing routes six distinct photographic inks under sealed capillary tension from the outer tanks across the printer frame to the moving printhead carriage.
Because photo printing demands precise ink flow and the carriage travels rapidly during high-resolution printing, low-grade or aged tubing can develop micro-cracks, internal air locks, tube pinching, or stubborn ink sediment blockages.
When ink supply tubes degrade or become clogged with dried photo ink, your printer will exhibit noticeable output defects: light or missing photographic color channels (especially Light Cyan or Light Magenta), persistent air gaps inside the transparent feed lines, ink bleeding, or completely faint photo prints.
Manufactured from high-purity, solvent-resistant silicone elastomer (Import New grade), this replacement 6-tube harness features smooth inner bores to prevent pigment adhesion and maintain optimal capillary pressure. Pre-cut and configured to match factory line lengths and bend contours, it allows repair technicians and photo lab engineers to easily overhaul worn or clogged ink transport lines.
Wishing you and your family a joyous, prosperous & sparkling Diwali from Truwic IT Solution.
